Alumni in Action: Celebrating Connections, Impact & Innovation!

Our Alumni Network has been engaged, offering meaningful ways to reconnect and make an impact:

  • Celebrating Neighborhood Builders (Inland Empire): Cathy Paredes, Market Executive, hosted an inspiring event spotlighting nonprofits driving economic mobility and highlights on Bank of America’s digital strategy and innovations.
  • Fresno Volunteer Event: Alumni came together for a monthly food prep session at the Fresno Mission City Center, reinforcing our commitment to sharing success with our communities.
  • Houston Legacy in Motion: The Houston Market Leadership team hosted a dynamic event for the Alumni Network that featured a conversation from Houston President Alumni Deborah Cannon and Kim Ruth, alongside current Market President Hong Ogle who shared insights from their time at Bank of America and beyond. Attendees enjoyed reconnecting with former colleagues, learning about new opportunities to engage, and hearing how the Alumni Network will help foster continued impact.
  • Iowa Retiree Luncheon: A warm gathering of retired alumni featured updates on local grant recipients and the ICON Water Trails project - one retiree even joined a Global Habitat build!
  • San Francisco Screening & Honor Walk Plaque Unveiling: Bank of America alumni joined clients, community leaders, and current teammates for a special screening of “A Little Fellow: The Legacy of A.P. Giannini” — a documentary by Davide Fiore and Sacha Smith that uncovers the hidden history of Bank of America’s founder and his role in financing early Silicon Valley and Hollywood. The event also featured the unveiling of the Little Italy Honor Walk plaque, with coverage by ABC, CBS, and SF Business Times. This celebration highlighted Bank of America’s rich legacy and ongoing impact in the community.
