Bank of America tops Coalition Greenwich 2026 Awards for Corporate and Middle Market banking
Crisil Coalition Greenwich is a leading provider of strategic benchmarking, analytics and data intelligence to the financial services and investment industries. The 2026 Coalition Greenwich Awards recognized us across a range of client segments and capabilities, reflecting Bank of America’s breadth and consistency in serving business clients of all sizes, as well as specific offerings, including cash management, foreign exchange and digital enablement. We also earned top rankings again in the Greenwich Digital Transformation Benchmarking Program.
This year’s awards include recognition as Best Bank for Corporate Banking in the U.S and Best Bank for Corporate Cash Management in the U.S., reflecting the close partnership between our Global Corporate Banking and Global Payments Solutions teams.
For the second consecutive year, Bank of America’s Global Markets and Global Capital Markets teams earned Best Bank awards for Foreign Exchange for Corporates in the U.S. for Sales, Service and Trading. Bank of America was also recognized as Best Bank for Foreign Exchange Sales for Corporates in Europe, and Best Bank for Foreign Exchange Sales and Service for Corporates in Continental Europe.
Bank of America’s digital capabilities and innovation set a new bar this year. Bank of America was the only institution recognized as the Best Bank for Digital for Corporates in the U.S., a second consecutive year receiving that award. New for this year, Bank of America was also honored for how their digital solutions serve U.S. middle market companies — defined as companies with $10 million to $500 million in sales. They were recognized as the Best Bank for Data and Analytics, Digital Experience, Innovation and Product Capabilities in Cash Management.
Bank of America has demonstrated consistent leadership in digital and payments and treasury management solutions in Greenwich’s annual Digital Transformation Benchmarking Program, which compares performance against peers.
For the fourth consecutive year, Bank of America tied for the top spot in Digital Channels overall. CashPro®, Bank of America’s digital platform serving more than 35,000 corporate and commercial clients, was ranked the top online portal, mobile application and host-to-host platform, as well as No. 2 for enterprise resource planning (ERP) and treasury management system (TMS) integrations — meaning the bank is leading across the spectrum of ways clients connect with them.
