Bank of America continues to make an impact with the power of sport
Continuing our commitment to make golf more accessible and affordable for kids, Bank of America recently announced the return of Golf with Us. Children ages 6–18 are invited to enroll in Golf with Us to access tee times for $5 or less to thousands of courses across our 97 local markets through a free one-year membership to Youth on Course.
We were proud to be the presenting partner of the Augusta National Women’s Amateur since the tournament’s inception in 2019, highlighting premier athletes in women’s golf and inspiring the next generation and Champion Partner of the 90th Masters Tournament.
Prior to the start of the 90th Masters Tournament, reigning Masters champion Rory McIlroy announced he will contribute $500,000 to Youth on Course, which will help fund 70,000 rounds for members in the months ahead.
Momentum built quickly during the tournament, when McIlroy earned his second Green Jacket, with Golf with Us surpassing 25,000 signups over Masters weekend—an early step toward our goal of 250,000 signups over two years. Part of our Sports with Us platform, Golf with Us expands access, strengthens communities, and inspires young people nationwide to engage with the game.
Enrollment is open through June 15, 2026.
We also announced a new partnership with Watson Links, the youth golf mentoring nonprofit founded by Tom Watson. Together, we’ll expand mentoring opportunities, fund new on-course experiences, and increase golf access for kids and teens of all skill levels nationwide.
On April 20, nearly 30,000 runners from around the world gathered in Hopkinton, Mass., to take part in the 130th Boston Marathon® presented by Bank of America — a race defined not only by world class competition, but by extraordinary community impact.
This year’s historic run delivered unforgettable moments on the course, including three repeat champions and a stunning men’s course record finish. Beyond the finish line, the marathon continued to prove why it stands apart as one of the world’s most iconic sporting events.
Through the Bank of America Boston Marathon Official Charity Program, runners have raised more than $54 million — surpassing last year’s record of $50.4 million and setting a new fundraising milestone. This impact directly supports local, national and global nonprofits, helping create lasting change in communities around the world.
That momentum was powered by nearly 4,000 fundraising athletes, including 33 of our teammates, who together raised more than $82,000. Alongside supporters and spectators from across the globe, their dedication helped extend the marathon’s economic and philanthropic impact throughout Boston and the New England region.
