Bank of America is committing $10 million to the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS) as part of our company’s longstanding, broad efforts to fight hate experienced by all communities.

This latest commitment was shared during a series of recent conversations in New York and Boston with key partners and local community leaders hosted by CEO Brian Moynihan with filmmaker Ken Burns and Robert Kraft, chairman and chief executive officer of the Kraft Group, owner of the New England Patriots and founder of the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism.

Our philanthropic investment will support FCAS as they focus on raising awareness of antisemitism and build empathy and solidarity with the American Jewish community through their unprecedented #StandUpToJewishHate national campaign. The funds will also support FCAS’s Command Center, which provides access to more than 300 million online data sources that will be used to develop actionable insights to share with community partners across the U.S.

Our partnership with FCAS builds on our existing national partnerships focusing on combatting hate and antisemitism while driving inclusion, including collaborations with the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and the Anti-Defamation League; the Asian American Foundation’s See Us Unite campaign; the “Our Shared Future: Reckoning with Our Racial Past” initiative; courageous conversations with internal leaders and external partners, including with Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution Lonnie G. Bunch III, UnidosUS President and CEO Janet Murguía and National Urban League President and CEO Marc Morial; and highlighting the voices and lived experiences of our teammates, sharing Muslim, Christian, Hindu and other perspectives.

Our company does not tolerate racism, hatred or bigotry of any kind, and we firmly believe all individuals and families should live free of discrimination and be treated with respect and dignity. We are committed to these values and condemn acts of violence in the U.S., including those aimed at Jewish people and communities.
